Corrections Policy

ConsumerXchange makes every effort to publish only accurate information.

Where a consumer and a business disagree on facts, CX will make every effort to accurately publish the position of each.

You are encouraged to tell CX if your position is not accurately published. CX makes such corrections promptly.

Corrections should consist of both making the inaccurate text accurate and conspicuously acknowledging the error (on the home page, if practicable).

CX will also notify the consumer and business directly involved.
