I got an e-mail from Samsung support, in fact I got three e-mails today that my product has been repaired and was shipped today.

I am very amazed. I am positive this would not have happened without your intervention. I would tell anybody to use your service simply "because it works!."

I called you yesterday and today I finally got a response. It took just one day and that is incredible to me.

You and your company are brilliant! Your letter to T Mobile was a great success.

They have indeed decided against charging us $3,500 for the illegal phone usage following the theft of my daughter's phone. I thoroughly credit your company for this accomplishment.

We were unable to make any headway in spite of repeated calls, but within 10 days of receiving your letter, they decided that this was an unfair charge and will be sending us a check.

[The CX Success Fee for this was $200, but the consumer sent a card and $350.)

There is no way to express to you how grateful we are for your service.

I am ashamed that I only paid you $43 to get this done for us....it is worth so very much more.

Equifax called Ted yesterday evening with the most gracious appology for everything that we have been through with this ordeal.

They have removed the bankruptcy and another entry that was wrong, they also deleted all of the inquiries related to these erronious entries on the credit report.

We have complained to everyone, including the BBB, and FTC, and have never gotten the response that we did with your company.

Now we can go on with our lives.

You are now in our address book, as I never want to lose your website.

I plan on passing the word about your company and its success.

Hopefully we will never have to come back, but if we ever have another problem, you are the first person we will contact.

The office of the president just phoned me!

It sounds like they'll wave the bundling charge - and the guy promised to phone me back?!? I'll get back to you as soon as everything is finalized but so far it sounds excellent.

And I have a new home phone number -- Bell did actually follow through.

I've already handed out your e-mail address to one girl in the office - my whole office was very impressed at the change in attitude you inspired in Rogers!

Thank you, thank you, thank you I honestly felt like I was going insane.

I can't wait to move back into my apartment.
