Best Buy: Can't fix the computer I bought. 3 months so far. Say they are waiting for motherboard, but won't use the one Gateway sent me. I even paid $220 for Best Buy premium service contract. Computer crashed, died on 2d day.  Best Buy: Promptly gave him credit for what he paid to buy the missing computer plus $200. 10 days. [CX: Impressive Response.]
