Consumer's Summary Firm's Summary
Mini Cooper (BMW) authorized dealer ambushed me with extra charges, missing items. Undisclosed markup. New car didn't come with ordered upholstery, i-pod adaptor, mats. Worthless extended warranty. Won't give back my $4,250 overpayment. Rude after sale. Mini Cooper: The dealer gave her overpament back and cancelled the extended warranty. [CX: consumer is thrilled.]
