Dell Computers: Lemon computer crashes every 3-4 days. Frustration, lost data. They can't fix it. Countless hours on useless phone support. Their tech support wiped out my hard drive, costing me $1,000 to restore. Replaced memory, DVD, keyboard.... Dell: Sent a technician to the consumer's home who replaced the main parts of the computer to get it working. [CX: Good response.]
