fig (Rob Semaan)(www.fig.com)(Advanced LipoDissolve): Pain so severe I took narcotics, lost work 3 days each treatment. Promised "little downtime!" Didn't say 100's of injections, not seriously tested for safety, effectiveness. Won't give back $2,400. fig: Refunded $2,400. [CX: Inadequate response because they refused to stop giving dangerous, untested fat reduction injections to the public, repay her for her medical expenses and lost wages, and apologize.]
