Fitzgerald Cadillac (MD) overcharged my elderly parents. Sold them $8,000 for repairs. More than double the cost of a rebuilt engine; more than the car's value. Fitzgerald Cadillac: Agreed to reduce its bill by $1,255, even though management believed that the bill was not excessive and his parents had been advised before the work was done they would be better off trading the car. [CX: Fine response.]
