Kennedy Buick (IN): Broke commitments they made to us when they sold us a used car. Won't pay to fix items their own safety inspection revealed. Won't fix other broken parts. At last minute raised price of warranty to $4,500. Rude after sale. Kennedy Buick: Never promised them anything. He's not going to get anything. They agreed in writing not to ask for more repairs. [CX: no clear signed statement.] They damaged car. [CX: Inadequate response.]
