KitchenAid refrigerator (Whirlpool): not-fixable lemon. Won't cool. We had to use a cooler for Thanksgiving. Never worked and still doesn't. Multiple service calls, parts replaced, time waiting for service. Last service tech never called back.  [CX: KItchenAid had not responded when Lowe's agreed to replace the refrigerator 4 days after CX faxed.]
