Lowe's: won't fix the laminated flooring they sold and installed. It buckled, came up in several places. Months later, manufacturer's inspection blamed problem on a water overflow which happened a month after I had called about the floor problem. Lowe's: Won't increase initial offer of $900, with no installation or warranty. [CX: consumer accepted the final offer, but considers it unfair.][CX: Inadequate Response.]
