Lowe's sold me a not-fixable refrgerator that won't cool. We had to use a cooler for Thanksgiving. Never worked and still doesn't. Multiple service calls, parts replaced, time waiting for service. Last service tech never called back about needed part.  Lowes: Promptly replaced the defective refrigerator. 4 days after CX faxed. [CX: Impressive response.]
