Ramey Ford (TN)(Ramey Automotive Group): kept me from using my truck for weeks without fixing it. Inaccurately told me Ford Roadside Assistance wouldn't tow to another dealer. "You didn't buy it here...." No loaner truck. Their lawyer threatened me. Ramey Automotive Group's outside lawyer: The statements are false. [CX: wouldn't say specifically what was inaccurate.] Won't pay. Sue us. [CX: Inadequate response.]
