U-Haul won't return my calls to listen to my problems with them. Overcharged me -- both for one-way and for mileage 2-way. Didn't provide pickup at the promised convenient location, making me travel an extra 80 miles (past other Uhaul stores.) U-Haul: Actually listened to his problems and then paid $204 (which was more than the $130 he had requested.) 9 days. [CX: Impressive response.]
