Verizon Wireless: Charged me a termination fee even though I had completed the contract. Contract ended 7/28 and I naturally expected to pay until then. (I switched my service and number to AT&T 4 days earlier.) $150. Verizon Wireless: Cancelled the fee (but did not apologize or cover the cost for bring this complaint.) [CX: Consumer still unhappy with Verizon's conduct and response.]
