Vital Dent (NY): Mis-using the loan they arranged. Some procedures were cancelled, but they haven't returned all my money after 8 months. Took 5 months to return most of it. Meanwhile, I pay 24% interest on money they keep. Won't talk to me.  Vital Dent: promised CX they would return her money BUT DID NOT. [CX: inadequate response.]
